The red, white, and rosé wines are sourced from California's Bodega de Edgar, while the sparkling selection hails from Spain's Camp Viejo.
Red
34% Grenache/ 33% Tempranillo/ 33% Carignan The 2020 Taragona leads with aromas of fig, black cherry, and smoked meats. With savory spice notes.
White
100% Albarino The 2022 Albariño is extremely aromatic, showing classic Albariño aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, honeydew melon, and saline minerality. There are even hints of beeswax and subtle smells of Thai basil.
Rosé
60% Tempranillo/ 40% Grenache Light Salmon hued. This rosé falls more on the stone fruit spectrum. With white nectarine, ripe strawberries, orange blossom and hints of chalk. Quite lean with green apple and grapefruit, while still remaining broad and expansive on the pallet. The wine finishes with nice phenolic action reminiscent of lemon rind.
Bubbles
Cava Brut. Grape varietals are Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada. Round and pleasant palate with sweet spots and final reminders of apple. Balanced and open, harmonious and with a lingering finish.
