Below you'll find answers to questions to some of our commonly asked questions about visiting Casa Bonita.
Know Before You Go!
Arrive on Time
Please arrive at the time listed on your reservation. We’ve added a 15-minute cushion just in case, but after that, we cannot guarantee your table will still be available.
Waiting for your Group? No Problem!
We’ll check in your party once everyone arrives. In the meantime, gather by our fountain and capture some fun pics until everyone’s together.
Parking Tips
Our lot can be a bit of a squeeze, so please leave a few minutes for parking or consider using a rideshare service.
Safety First!
For everyone’s safety, we have a security check at our entrance. Everyone entering will go through a metal detector and anyone with a bag will have it checked by one of our friendly guards. No weapons of any kind are allowed, including pocket knives, utility tools, and mace or pepper spray. We also request that you leave strollers in the car.
Planning to Have a Drink?
All guests must show a valid, government-issued photo ID to purchase alcohol – no exceptions. Please be sure to bring yours, regardless of age.
Coat Check
We offer a coat check during the winter months to help keep your hands free for exploring. We do our best to accommodate as many coats as we can, but space is limited, so availability is not guaranteed.
Explore and Enjoy!
Once past security, you will proceed to our host station and will be escorted to your table for your meal. We ask that you complete your meal, check out from your table, before you explore all that Casa Bonita has to offer, such as dive shows, the puppet show and the Insanely Mysterious Sorsoro. You have your table for a specific time period at the beginning of your experience so please speak to your server if you have questions or concerns.
Service Fee
There is a 15% service charge applied to your bill. This is to ensure that our staff is compensated with a living wage. If you feel that your service has exceeded expectations, you are welcome to add a gratuity upon checking out of your table. All gratuities are shared by employees.
Closing Time and Last Call for Shows
Our building closes at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday and 4:30 p.m. on Sundays. Our scheduled entertainment wraps up before closing time, so be sure to catch them before the curtain falls! Just ask a member of the team for showtimes.
Sensory Concerns?
Casa Bonita is alive with special effects like strobe lights and loud sounds. Let your host know if you need any special accommodations when you arrive, and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable.
Smoke & Vape-Free Establishment
Vaping or smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed.
To ensure everyone has a safe and memorable experience, we ask that all our guests follow these guidelines. Anyone who doesn’t may be refused entry or asked to leave.
