Below you'll find answers to questions to some of our commonly asked questions about visiting Casa Bonita.

Already have tickets to visit Casa from now through 9/30...Pointing Hand
I have a booking link that I have not yet used, is it still valid?

You can use your booking link for dates and times through 9/30. If you are looking for a later date, please make reservations directly through our website, www.casabonitadenver.com. After 9/30, booking links will no longer be valid.

I used my booking link to purchase tickets for September. Do I need to do anything to confirm my reservation?

No, if you have already purchased tickets to come to Casa Bonita in the month of September, you’re all set!

What if I’d like to FLEX my tickets?

You’ll be able to self FLEX your tickets to any available dates and times through Sunday, 9/29. If you are looking for dates beyond that, please send an email to flex@casabonitadenver.com for assistance. We are allowing the FLEX option to be used through 12/31.

Will anything about my Casa Bonita experience be different for my visit?

While most of your Casa Bonita experience will remain the same, creating great memories for all, we now offer full table service for a more standard dining experience. While the line has been a time-honored tradition at Casa, table service will allow our guests to more quickly be engaged in the full Casa experience. Note, if you booked Cliffside, your table service will be delivered seated in our Cliffside area.

Should I tip during my visit?

If you purchased tickets, the price includes a 15% service charge that enables us to compensate our team with a fair living wage, while ensuring our guests’ experience is without additional fees.

How do I make a reservation to visit Casa Bonita?

Reservations can be made directly from our website, www.casabonitadenver.com. We are currently accepting bookings for dates in October and November. We are always adding new inventory, so please check back regularly if you do not see a date and time that works for you.

What do I need to make a reservation for Casa Bonita?

Guests will no longer pre-pay for their Casa Bonita experience. However, please have a credit card handy for booking. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, you’ll be charged $10 per person on the card on file. You will not be charged anything in advance.

What are Casa Bonita’s hours of operation?

Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What is the maximum number of people I can have as part of my reservation?

We can accommodate parties of up to 10 people.

Do I need to include children under the age of 3 in my total reservation count?

Yes. When making your reservation, please remember to count all members of your party, including yourself and any children under 3. While they need to be in the seat count, children under 3 are not required to order an entrée.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium seating?

Guests with standard seating will experience a randomly assigned table in one of our themed dining areas like the Mines or the Rose Garden.

Guests with premium seating will enjoy being in the center of the action with a table near the cliffs and waterfall.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
  • More than 24 hours before your arrival: You will have the flexibility to modify or cancel your reservation directly from your confirmation email.
  • Less than 24 hours before your arrival: Based on availability, you may modify your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time or no-shows will result in a $10 per person charge to the credit card on file.
We have two or more different reservations at the same time. Can we sit together?

Our seating arrangements are entirely randomized, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated with or near the other party. However, once both of your parties have finished your meals, we encourage you to meet up and explore the mystery and magic of Casa Bonita together!

Does Casa Bonita host group events?

Yes, but unfortunately, we are currently sold out for Group Events in 2024 and are not accepting any new requests at this time. Please stay tuned for announcements on future special events.

What should I expect when I arrive?

For everyone's safety, we have a security check at our entrance. All guests must undergo a security screening upon entering the building which includes scan by metal detectors and a bag check.

No weapons of any kind are allowed in the building.

Vaping or smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed.

Please leave your strollers in the car, as we do not allow them inside the building.

Can minors go to Casa Bonita alone without an adult?

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years old or older.

Is parking available?

We do have a parking lot adjacent to the building, but the lot can be tight. Please leave a few minutes for parking or consider carpooling or using a rideshare.

What time does the entertainment occur?

All of our entertainment is offered regularly during our operating hours. No matter what time you visit, you will be able to experience all that Casa Bonita has to offer. Just ask a member of the team for showtimes.

I lost something while I was on my visit; who do I contact to retrieve it?

Please send an email to hola@casabonitadenver.com and let us know the day/time you dined with us and provide a brief description of the item.

Can you accommodate my allergy?

We do our best to accommodate any specific needs. Please speak with your server before ordering. Our menu is posted on our website. We are a nut-free kitchen, and gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options have all been clearly denoted on the menu.

Do you do anything special for birthday parties? Can we bring a cake?

While we do not currently offer any specific recognition for birthdays, we are committed to making everyone's experience at Casa unforgettable. We do not allow any outside food, but we have a variety of excellent desserts available for purchase to help you celebrate, and of course, sopaipillas!

I have a wheelchair or need mobility assistance (ADA) for my visit to Casa Bonita, what should do I do?

Can I bring my service animal to Casa Bonita?

Service animals that are trained to assist an individual with a disability, in accordance with the ADA guidelines, are permitted inside Casa Bonita. For the health and safety of our guests and staff, Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, and Therapy Animals will not be permitted entrance.
